Plugins activity log follow-ups #10629

Plugins activity log is live in Beta. A few follow-ups remain:

Logging server-triggered activity (not attached to a "real" user) e.g. "PostHog disabled this plugin because it errored on setup"
Per plugin history on plugin drawer (needs a refactor around plugin page pathnames as well as maybe some activity log internals)
More events e.g. updated attachment
