Customizable columns for persons #10660

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I wanted to view all users with a specific job title. This has a reasonable workaround but feels like a random gap in the product compared to events.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like to customize the persons columns, ideally to have (i) clearbit job title field and (ii) 'last seen' (so i can message those that have used posthog recently) here as well, and the ability to sort by these columns.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Run a CSV export instead and do this outside PostHog.
