Update Gatsby plugin to Gatsby 4 #12928

Hello! I can't use Posthog's Gastby plugin as it is, because it doesn't support Gatsby 4, only up to Gatsby 2, while Gatsby 5 was just released.

I'd really appreciate it if you could update it! Thanks a lot!
