Allow ability to delete your personal PostHog account #14941

Is your feature request related to a problem?

There isn't a way to delete your personal PostHog account in the UI, only your org or project. Instead, you have to email PostHog support, which is very not-self-serve.

Describe the solution you'd like

A button that says 'delete my account'. I'd probably expect to see it on the /me/settings page. I'd assume this would also delete all of my orgs and projects, so I'd like to be warned appropriately.

In the interim, we could add a line telling people to email hi@ to delete their account.

Describe alternatives you've considered

  1. Emailing PostHog support.
  2. Leaving the account open forever.

Posthog is awesome, but a help action like "migrate to eu", or a function to delete-my-acc would be much appreciated and enable us move to the eu hosting and continue our work.
