Frequently getting 404s / Improvement request to Opt In/Out pages

Bug description

I'm looking at the new Opt In/Out for Early Access and I'm frequently getting 404s for users on first load.

It would also be great if we could have our UserID instead of the Email address - we have cases where the same email address can have a production and a non-production account, making it hard to distinguish between the two.

I'd prefer not to share any details or screenshots here - but happy to do so over private channel.

If you are on PostHog Cloud it would be really valuable if you can share any links where the problem occurs. This speeds up our ability to troubleshoot tremendously.

How to reproduce

1. Visit the Early Access page for a feature, e.g. https://eu.posthog.com/early_access_features/0188a141-13b6-0000-a130-c0466c206271
2. Click on a user
3. Get 404. 😢
4. Click back in browser
5. Click on user again
6. Rejoice at no 404 🎉

Hi @neilkakkar, I just went to look at this again, and the good news is I don't get a 404.

The bad news is this:

The UI is very broken.

Double clicking on the user gives me the 404 again.
