Use survey responses as filters #20982

Is your feature request related to a problem?

When users complete survey questions during product setup, I want their responses to be a filter I can apply to segment later product usage.

And an actionable value/hook for delivering tailored in-product experiences.

An action / cohort should allow us to create a list of users who've responded. You can do the same via the 'explore results' button and converting that into a cohort.

Agree though would be nicer to have some flow here to make this more intuitive
