Posthog Toolbar for flags should support payload overrides #21183

Is your feature request related to a problem?

When using flag payloads, the toolbar overrides don't work, because we don't know what payload to set for a different variant. Please describe.

This feature would be great. My testers are not happy with me at the moment 😅 I make it to hard to test they say.
