fix(posthog-js): fix changed surveys bundle name + upgrade posthog-js #23397

Changes

There've been changes to how we generate posthog-js bundles: https://github.com/PostHog/posthog-js/pull/1265

This seems to have changed a filename in the bundle from surveys-module-previews.js to surveys-preview.js

Because of this, auto-upgrades of posthog-js are not going through: https://github.com/PostHog/posthog/pull/23310

Fix here, just wondering if there are other possible breaking changes we might want to check 🤔
