Longer survey questions overflow in the menu of steps seen in create/edit mode:

How to reproduce

  1. Create a survey
  2. Enter a relatively long question (e.g. " Would you be interested in participating in a customer interview?")
  3. Note the cut-off text in steps menu in the righthand sidebar
