chore: stack trace display

Problem

We have a number of improvements to make to how stacktraces are displayed in the app

Changes

Each is a separate commit but to summarise:

• Make stack frame collapse headers a darker color
• Do not open any of the frames by default
• Remove the active feature flags from the ErrorDisplay component
• Indent the header content of non-expandable lemon collapse panels if some panels are expandable
• Do not show the Stack trace title if no exceptions contain a stack trace
• Show $cymbal_errors in a warning box
