Starting on the Team Members page:

I can't tell what 'Promote to X' will do if I click it...

A tooltip/icon or similar that explains the difference in permissioning between user levels.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Change it and see what happens, yolo!

Definitely should be explained. For a quick solution I think we can just link to the Docs page on Organizations above the Members list. This is related to PostHog/posthog.com#808, which is resolved PostHog/posthog.com#912.
