For MVP, we opted to require the Squeak! customer to add their own Mailgun info (for sending alerts to users of thread replies). But configuring it to work automatically (without manual setup) would massively reduce friction.
We should still maintain the option for a customer to configure their own Mailgun account (so messages come from their brand), but by default we should have a working outgoing email notification setup.
