Currently, we have two models (Profile and ProfileReadonly) to manage the data for a user that is specific to an organization. These two objects have a lot of overlap and there really isn't any reason for them to be broken out like this so I've merged them!

For this to succeed it requires that all Profile's should be associated with one ProfileReadonly.
