Add password confirm field when creating users and resetting/changing passwords #45

Perhaps add a password confirm field on forms related to setting, resetting and updating passwords.

I removed the verification fields from the first version and added these controls to toggle visibility instead:

I think this is one of those issues that splits opinions. Some people want verifications, others are bothered by it. I fall somewhere in the middle, so I'm going to let the community vote on this.

Well I think the senario I foresee is when a web designer is sitting down with a client to setup Postleaf. The client has to setup an account and they may not be tech-savvy and turning on visibility of the password defeats the purpose of a password in such a situation.

I know I've been in such situations with clients using other CMS-eseses (what is the plural of CMS???)
