Acceptance Criteria
interfaces with round factory contract #11
checks if user is if there is whitelist on round factory contract for those who can deploy, then check if account signed in is on round factory whitelist -> then shows create round button in navbar
full form
able to add projects directly (should have a project look up based on registry)
checkbox for whether applications are allowed
able to add voters -> copy and past from existing csv list or separate with commas
calendar picker for start and end date
check error states, application period must be before voting period
tool tips for info about budget boxing
error validation for valid soroban accounts
add or remove admin
vault contrast or not with tool tip
if not vault then select payout amount
pull USD equivalent using coingecko api
if vault, you must add funds to display (show proof of audit)
if doesn't have funds, need to add later -> show tutotiral on how to add
Limitations
project look up and add project is hefty features
