[FEATURE] Customize Leaderboard So it Shows Based on Calculate Scores #224

Problem

LEaderboard currently has donation information

should build a streamline way to change leaderboard metrics
return project number label, accountid, and number
can be just based on votes contract and do number of votes
or can calcualte and do tota wieght (takes more client side calculation)
