Feature Request: Change AdminShop string #426

We are moving from an emerald-based economy to an economy plugin. We are creating ATMs to let people exchange their emeralds for the new currency, but the server owner takes issue with the "AdminShop" owner string at the top and wishes to have it set to "Bank of xxxx" instead. I think the best way to do this would just be to have a configurable string for Admin Shops.
