[BUG] Shop Signs do not show stock amount #445

Description

After the server updated to 1.20.4 any signs that were clicked on removed the stock line

Steps to reproduce

Make a chest shop or click on an older chest shop from before 1.20.4

Expected Behaviour

Show the stock amount
