Would it help you developed on this further if I shipped you a CM4?

Love the device, would honestly prefer to get Void Linux working on this, but I'm sure alot of what you do to get Arch running on the console can be applied to Void aswell...

Let me know, would be happy to purchase one for you.

Hi @acidvegas Thanks for your generous offer. I didn't expect there to be anyone want to become a sponsor, until you come up :)

But allow me to decline it. First, I don't have the adapter for CM4. Second, my code applies to CM3, CM4, CM4S, with only a bug related to the wireless module on CM4, which should be fixed by latest update. If you can verify that all hardware features functioning well, there's no necessity for me to get a CM4.

In fact there's not much to update recently unless the bleeding edge is all you want. Current Armbian uses Linux 6.6.31, and current stable kernel branch by RPi is still 6.6.y. There do need some clean ups in the packaging script though, for I've found better way to do more.

I just gave Void Linux and its packaging system a look. It does seem that most of my work can be easily ported.

You can setup Github Sponsors or a BuyMeACoffee or something. I'd happily support you on this. I'd even pay you just to do a write up on getting Void running on this. Waited almost a year for mine haha.

I think a big thing right now people need with these devices is OPTIONS. Not just Raspbian.

Also, do you use IRC at all bredda? Come join us on irc.supernets.org Bunch of hackers in here playing with ESP's, SDR's, Lora, and portables like the uConsole.
