Make dashboard offline-able by using service workers & smart caching. Should enable instant booting of the app.

[ ] Use postmessage from browser extension into iFrame with user current location
[ ] Make user current location non-blocking of main app UI (move to SelectedPlaceComponent)
[ ] Cache /places in localstorage
