[enhancement] Add ether trees back in #106

Ether trees haven't carried over from BYG. I was expecting them to be in it since they were in the last one.

BWG is a mod rewrite and bc of that a lot of content we felt didn't fit the mod anymore was gutted. Apologies if that's an inconvenience
