Better support for XML playlist types #1

The VASTController has a createXSPFPlaylist() API but the other XML playlist 
types are not 
supported. This API needs to be cleaned up.

Question on this: we are also trying to get OVA working with Bits on the Run, 
but run into the issue of limited 
playlist support. With BOTR, each video is loaded through a playlist due to the 
bitrate switching we use. An 
example video (1 video with preroll, loaded with RSS playlist) can be found 
here:

Is this related to the limited playlist support issue? Anything you could do 
about this? Anything we can do here 
too, on the JW Player side, to make this run smoother?

No line needed... object based manipulation now used. SMIL supported added for 
FP configuration anyway. 
Closing. Shouldn't need to duplicate any playlist XML parsing code.
