I've started implementing it already, just haven't had much time to play with it much.

Experimental Code Results:

Prefabs are working.
Single objects are working, though I'm not sure why Pottus had the Z angle randomized.
Groups - Not so well.

Un-commenting "COMPILE_MANGLE" will attempt to include the map angle module. ColAndreas is required.
