i think i might've gone a bit overkill on the null safety but whatever closes #59

Also, I was going to add liquidizer support for JEI, but I wanted to ask you how you felt about making liquidizer recipes data driven

I don't really think Liquidizer should have data driven recipes. At most I might add a tag with different items you could use for liquidizing, but the general idea is that it can only make Liquid Naquadah / Heavy Liquid Naquadah.

But yeah, I guess it would make sense if it at least showed up in JEI
