Moon position lines up with phase, fixing issue #12 #20

Earth year now also has 13 lunar months instead of 12, better matching the real relationship between Earth's year and Luna's phases.

Closing this pull request because I'm not going to be using any of the code in it, since I'm re-doing the whole thing so each player can set the length of the year, but thanks for the fix.
