Interrupted reload animations #52

Sometimes when the reload animation is interrupted before its complete, the reload will continue anyways. E.g. getting in a vehicle or jumping into water

Related to this but not really a bug; could reloading in parts be a thing? When you replace a mag but havent cocked the gun, and then you have to switch to secondairy, the animation plays from the beginning when you switch back.

It's unlikely that we'll be able to do partial-reloads since the animation just plays regardless of actual progress. It's just timed to be close to the reloadtime.
