If you shoot at a medkit/ammobag it gets destroyed most of the time. but in some cases it will reach 0hp without getting destroyed.
Then the bullets you shoot won't get send to the server and you are not able to deal damage to it. The only way is to use some explosives as they are server sided.
Possible fixes:
increase the internalHealth of the entity if it gets between 0 and 1hp (on the client).
destroy the entity on the server if it is between 0 and 1hp
