Please specify which version of PCF Builder are you using. Also, when you go to the Settings, do you see MS Build Path populated?

Sorry for the late response. If the MSBUILD path is incorrect you can manually update the path in the settings as well. Newer version will also look for VS 2022 MSBUILD version (2.2023.06.162)
