Provide users feedback and require confirmation for trades that will be liquidated [Improvement]

I was able to enter a trade for SOL Perpetuals (10) that was immediately liquidated with ~$10 of trade fees. It would be better to make this outcome more clear to traders and include a "OK to Continue" warning to avoid traders wasting time & money on trades that will not survive.

In my case its probably due to my strange setup where I have -ve USD balance.

But still I feel this is not a good experience and should be avoided if possible. Noted that account health projections exists showing red color but this is not enough to warn traders on the certain liquidation that will follow.
