Enhance (ArubaCX-)RestMethod #3

Enhance RestMethod (Like for PowerArubaCP, enable get by default, add example..)

Remove Invoke-ArubaCXWebRequest (it is better to use RestMethod) and use Show-ArubaCXException for exception
