Speaking briefly to #11 , many items in a Theme file are more 'global' then are tied to a particular set of colors.
For example:
Page Background
Page Wallpaper
Filter Pane
Font color of X, Y values
Global Shadow color
Other global colors (borders, etc)
These are usually not meant to be tied to the Theme colors, but are persistently the same in each theme file.
The problem is that we can only choose colors from the defined color palette, which can be a major limitation in the ability set these values. The option to create a color palette with over 10 items does not work when importing as "Theme ID 12" for example does not exist in Power BI Desktop.
Please add the ability to choose custom colors for color fields!
