Duplicate Theme #9

I think it would be useful to be able to duplicate themes to introduce some variations. We have a corporate them for the "mother company", but each of the "child companies" have their own corporate color. Other than that I think it's good they keep everything else the same. Thus it would be nice to duplciate the theme and change the palette only for instance.
