If you are new then you may seek help from various templates available.

Include all basic guidelines and points like:

Programs must include comments to make it easy to understand for newbies
Only original work allowed
Wait for the pull request to be approved, it may take an hour, to one week to review the request
Content must be legit

Make it attractive and creative, as much as possible. You may use emojis.
