ios-xcbuild does not transfer header search paths to Makefile #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run ios-xcbuild against a project that has additional HEADER_SEARCH_PATHS
2. run make
3. build will fail due to missing include paths

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Ubuntu 12.04 LTS i686

Please provide any additional information below.
