The protocol state contract address pointed to in the last release needs to be reverted along with supporting changes in the underlying local collector component.
This sets the way to run a week long incentivized simulation setup where the nodes will submit snapshots throughout the day instead of being restricted to certain time slots. This will finally enable us to open up data markets on Powerloom Protocol to accept a higher throughput of snapshots.

Change the env.example files accordingly
Ensure autofill and env check scripts set the right values
