New Protocol: Integrate with latest upgradeable protocol state

Is your feature request related to a problem? The protocol state now being separated into protocol specific, upgradeable logic and data market specific logic requires the snapshotter node to now pass the data market ID while interacting with the contract.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Upgrade the ABI in use
• review usage of settings.protocol_state.abi and pass data market ID wherever applicable. Some examples would be
  • dayCounter
  • EPOCH_SIZE
  • slotSnapshotterMapping

This is currently implemented and tested in the snapshotter lite experimental repo. Needs to be ported over within the next day.
