Unmapped biome with id -107 #70

Affected Version 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT

Describe the bug An error is being displayed when attempting to remap negative biome IDs, perhaps the tool is not converting the biome byte array properly.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Download and extract village.zip
  2. Run the tool
  3. See error in console

Expected behavior Treat the bytes as unsigned.
