Could not initialize class org.codehaus.groovy.runtime.InvokerHelper #98

Version: 3.0.0

Basically when i go to the directory and try to build the .bat file, this is the error which comes up:

Could not initialize class org.codehaus.groovy.runtime.InvokerHelper

Expected behavior: Builds the package and downloads the .jar file
