'/fill' command appears to fail if falling block (lava, gravel, etc.) is present #14

🐞 I found a bug

Attempting to execute a /fill command where there is a falling block (lava, gravel, etc.) appears to result in a "No blocks placed" error.

For example, execute something like this where lava, gravel, etc. is present:

/fill 1450 34 -186 1500 42 -174 stone 0 hollow

I don't see any notes in the Minecraft Wiki that /fill doesn't work against lava or gravel so I would guess it should work?
