THis removes all the scaffolding from the this repoistory, as it is now merged into the DscResource.Template.

This Pull Request (PR) fixes the following issues

I was thinking we should add auto-documentation as the default in the DscResource.Template repo. I have not done that in any repo yet, so maybe you have time to add that? Otherwise I can look at that in a week or so :smile:
