Update GettingStartedWithGitHub.md #505

There are sections that need to be update since the GitHub looks differently today than when the guide first was out together. For example images and texts.

Sections should be update, for example this that should mention that it is normally not necessary on Windows. https://github.com/PowerShell/DscResources/blob/master/GettingStartedWithGitHub.md#setup-ssh-key
