Rename Module and merge other PRs #56

A range of changes:

Merges in almost all of the open PRs on the main JEA repo Renames the module to JeaDsc to match the naming convention but isn't a HQRM yet Renames JustEnoughAdministration resource to JeaSessionConfiguration as that is more accurate Adds the JeaRoleCapabilities resource for producing those files Changes licence and Module details to myself until MSFT can get their version published to the gallery.
