Add xUnit test infrastructure #1

Since we pulled this into its own project, but wanted xUnit tests, I had to recreate the xUnit infrastructure, which meant reorganizing the repo into a src project and a test project.

Looks good to me, but I'm no expert with this build system or xUnit yet!
