The DSC team has two assemblies that rely on InternalsVisiableTo, Microsoft.Management.Infrastructure.CimCmdlets and Microsoft.Windows.DSC.CoreConfProviders. These assemblies are not marked for internal visibility in AssemblyInfo.cs when building for CORECLR.
This is blocking our build.
