Fix for Issue #109 #110

ShouldProcess dosn't work correctly

added $isWhatIf on all Calls with -Confirm Parameter $isVerbose, $isConfirm reflected only, if they are present, not the real value (e.g. -Confirm:$false --> $isConfirm was wrongly $true ...)
