Compress-Archive doesn't have -Force parameter #144

Prerequisites

Steps to reproduce

Not sure what's happening, but I've tried building Compress-Archive from this repository, and found that the -Force parameter is absent.

The same works well in PowerShell 7.3, but not in master from this repository.

Expected behavior

$ git clone git@github.com:PowerShell/Microsoft.PowerShell.Archive.git
$ Microsoft.PowerShell.Archive/Build.ps1
$ Import-Module Microsoft.PowerShell.Archive\src\bin\Release\Microsoft.PowerShell.Archive.psd1
$ Compress-Archive playground/* -DestinationPath 'file.zip' -Force
# should overwrite file "file.zip"

Actual behavior

# …
$ Compress-Archive playground/* -DestinationPath 'file.zip' -Force
Compress-Archive: A parameter cannot be found that matches parameter name 'Force'.
