Let me know if that hashtag works. I did #PSPolaris instead of #Polaris in case that was in use by the company. We probably need to talk to someone in the PowerShell slack group about making the Polaris channel for us too?

I've requested a channel in the PowerShell Slack and Discord :) I've also remade the gitter so that it follows the other PowerShell ones
