Can't update to 7.4.6 using winget #24485

Prerequisites

Steps to reproduce

I am not able to update from 7.4.5 to 7.46 using winget image

Expected behavior

It should update to the newversion and show the new version in winget

Actual behavior

It is still showing the 7.4.5 version

This is a reoccuring issue due to the releases to winget having a delay, similarly the same happens with releases to Microsoft Update too. It should be resolved in the next few days & I will check this daily and update this issue when it is available.
