PSGallery currently unavailable September 10 AEST #190

Tracert PSGallery PSGallery fail As you can see I have forced Tls12, but I keep getting the error above. Is there an issue with PSGallery at the moment?

Can you run Invoke-WebRequest https://www.powershellgallery.com to see if we can establish a connection to the site? I'm able to access it on my end, so I'd like to see if Invoke-WebRequest will work.
