Inconsistent tag usage for macOS in Docs vs Gallery filter #72

The PowerShell Gallery Publishing Guidelines documentation recommends using the tag 'MacOS' for identifying OS compatibility, but the filter in the PowerShell Gallery site still only searches for 'Mac'. Tagging has been inconsistent in this regard because of the confusion.

We should update the search filter to say "MacOS" or "macOS" for consistency.
